Original example that used this data is removed (Gradle/KSP). We don't use this file anymore. New CSV reader fails to read it without additional arguments! We have duplicate jetbrains_repositories.csv without newline at the beginning.
I think it's not good to have a file in data folder that cannot be read by default by DataFrame.readCsv.
