Add iOS Library publication instruction

Hello, not having instruction on how and where to publish the iOS version is a problem IMHO.

For people not constantly working with iOS could be a major problem and obstacle. Also, please, if accomplish this requesto DON'T write instruction for CocoaPods. Contrary on common non iOS programmer believe IS NOT STANDARD on iOS to use it.
