"Bind" command

**Syntax:**
`bind key "command1;command2 parameter;command3"`

**Functionality:**
- When "Key" is pressed, run commands in order.
- Notify about collisions
- `unbind key` to remove binding
- `binds` to show all binds
- Potential autoload of binds with a "console.cfg" in user://?
