code-action like "add method"?

e.g. when I have something like this:

require('foo')           -- my own class

local foo = Foo()
foo:bar()                -- class Foo doesn't have a method bar()

I'd expect the LSP to offer a code-action that injects a bit of code in the included file, and takes me there, like so:

--- foo.lua
class = require('class')

Foo = class{}

function Foo:init()
    -- ...
end

function Foo:bar()       -- added by LSP
    -- <<< cursor here   -- added by LSP
end                      -- added by LSP

Am I missing something in the config?
