RTKlib on hub

For GEO-TREES, we want to automate the post-processing of GNSS data to produce corrected point estimates.
It seems that RTKlib is the standard software to do this, and it is scriptable.

It seems to be easy to install on Windows but I'm wondering if it could be installed on MAAP so that we can produce user-friendly notebooks to process the points for users across the network.

I've started researching it a bit:

• the CUI (command line tools) seem fairly straightforward, and I would recommend we go the conda-forge route https://rtklibexplorer.wordpress.com/2020/12/18/building-rtklib-code-in-linux/
• the GUI at least some of it might be possible, but only usable on a Desktop image like the QGIS one https://github.com/JensReimann/RTKLIB/tree/rtklib_2.4.3
• Emlid maintains it's own fork, not sure what's different https://github.com/emlid/RTKLIB , I'm hunting for instructions mentioned in this forum

So I think this is do-able and we'll look to schedule some time to try it out.

• sample Rinex file
• which command to run to process

Just want to make sure we can test the install before bothering users.
