Service unavailable, I find it unacceptable. Although the usage exceeds the limit within 4 hours, the speed can be limited but the service cannot be made unavailable.
Please discuss with the product manager. My humble opinion.

官方声称 每 5 小时支持约 300–1200 次请求。订阅后实际使用中发现，限速极为严重（频控频繁重置、额度快速耗尽，5小时内也就调用60+多次），完全无法满足正常开发工作需求，与"Code Plan"的专业定位严重不符。

而且kimi官方没有明确给到code plan具体额度，只给到一个使用的百分比。存在严重的服务黑洞。

而且服务存在信息披露不完整问题，导致我在不知情的情况下付费订阅了无法正常使用的产品。我已联系客服要求退款，但遭到无理拒绝。
根据《消费者权益保护法》，经营者应如实告知服务限制条件，服务与描述不符时消费者有权要求退款。

建议在订阅页写清楚不同档位的订阅的「5小时限额」是多少。我挺容易撞到5小时限额，考虑升级一下，但担心升级后只是加总量，「5小时限额」不成倍增加，导致总量用不完，总是撞5小时限额。这是目前阻碍我从Claude迁移过来的最大问题。

It is recommended to write clearly on the subscription page what the "5-hour limit" is for different subscription levels. It is easy for me to hit the 5-hour limit. I am considering upgrading. However, I am worried that after upgrading, I will only add the total amount and the "5-hour limit" will not be doubled. As a result, the total amount will not be used up and I will always hit the 5-hour limit. This is currently the biggest problem holding me back from migrating from Claude.
