image upload doesn't filter to image files #270
Description
When clicking the image upload button, the file selection dialog that opens displays all files, and the only option in the filter dropdown is "All Files (.)"
There shuold be options to filter for image types, and the default should be "All Supported Types", as can be seen in the demo of the quill editor
