Command Manager Interface: permissions errors

having a few issues with a permissions error.
when the command manager interface tries to run the subprocess.Popen call (on line 536 of client) it is giving me this error:

File "c:\python26\lib\subprocess.py", line 842, in _execute_child
startupinfo)
WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied

im running this on windows 7 which has a history with these kinds of issues.
any ideas?

its nice to be able to give an update almost straight away.
to get around this I replaced line 516:

    procArgs = ([NUKE_EXEC, '-t', '-m', '1'] + list(self.extra_nuke_args) + ['--', THIS_FILE, '%d ' % self.manager_port],)

with:

    NukeExe = NUKE_EXEC.replace('\\','/') + "/nuke6.3.exe"
    thisFile = THIS_FILE.replace('\\','/')

    procArgs = ([NukeExe, '-t', '-m', '1'] + list(self.extra_nuke_args) + ['--', thisFile, '%d ' % self.manager_port],)

it seems that it needs the actual executable in the NUKE_EXEC path. this may be just a windows 7 thing
