PURL http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ogms.owl doesn't get the most recent version

When I load OGMS in Protege using the http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ogms.owl PURL, it doesn't seem to retrieve the most recent version. Instead it retrieves the 2021-08-19 version, which doesn't have the most recent definition of symptom.

What is the most recent definition of 'symptom'? Is it "A process experienced by the patient, which can only be experienced by the patient, that is hypothesized to be clinically relevant"?

@dillerm I'm not sure what the current definition is. Perhap Alex or Bill H. know.
The purl still retrieves the 2021-08-19 version.
