Rescoping Plan for Kanban Workflow Issues

This issue documents potential future rescoping requirements for the Quiz #2 Kanban board issues.

As the project evolves, some issues may become too broad or require additional dependencies. In these cases, larger issues may need to be split into smaller sub-issues to improve clarity and maintainability. Duplicate or overlapping tasks may also need to be merged or reorganized.

Potential rescoping areas include:

• separating backend services into authentication, API, and testing workflows,
• dividing frontend work into accessibility and UI component tasks,
• and expanding database management into optimization and scaling issues.

This process helps reduce technical debt, maintain manageable issue sizes, and improve overall project organization.
