Mac: Load RPPA data: unconnected nodes don't group together

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On a mac Load RPPA data using IRGROV1 text file
2. Follow prompts
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  Nodes without any edges are scattered around and not grouped together like in previous versions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest version as of August 8, 2014, Mac 10.8.5, java 1.6.0_65
chibe-2.2.0.jar
