Replies Not Appearing in Ticket Comment Section #480

I'm experiencing an issue with the ticket comment section. When I receive a ticket and reply to it (for example with a solution), I don't see the reply from the person who originally contacted me—even though they seem to have responded. Their message isn’t visible in the comment history.

Could this be a bug? Or is there a setting I might have overlooked?
