No such file SDL2/SDL_image.h

i installed both sdl1.2 and sdl2 and get errors on all lines involving sdl
fatal error: SDL2/SDL_image.h: No such file or directory

sudo pacman -S sdl2_ttf sdl2_image sdl2_mixer
this is for arch-based distros, tried on Manjaro.
