Very difficult to resize window

Describe the bug
It is very difficult to resize the QL window, the region of the border where the cursor turns into a resize one is exactly 1 pixel wide, which makes it very difficult to hit. Most other apps have much wider hit areas.

This bug is aggravated by the lack of position shape/size saving, every preview window requires manual resize if the default shape is inconvenient.

To Reproduce
Try to resize a QL window with the mouse. Notice there is exactly one pixel column/row where the mouse becomes a resize one

Expected behavior
The hit area for window resize is wider, like in most apps, not exactly 1 pixel.
