More than two experimental conditions

Dear all, 

I'm trying to analyse mass cytometry data that we've generated using SimpleCOMPASS. I have 15 individuals, 5 stimulations (4 stim + unstimulated cells) and 3 groups (5 ind/group). Thus, I'd like to know if it's possible to compare the 5 conditions at the same time, or do I have to compare them two by two?
