Background

This issue packages all formal outputs required for project acceptance.

Scope

• Compile final report and final acceptance report.
• Prepare paper materials and patent materials.
• Produce benchmark summaries aligned with the contract metrics.

Deliverables

• Final report and final acceptance report.
• Performance summary tables and critical logs.
• One CCF-A paper manuscript plus acceptance evidence when available.
• Two patent application packages, application numbers, and supporting materials.
• Reproduction guide.

Acceptance Criteria

• Successful midterm and final acceptance.
• GPU/NPU VRAM utilization >90% in target scenarios.
• End-to-end inference cost reduced by >70%.
• P95 latency reduced by >20% and SLO violation rate reduced by >30%.
• Archive includes the required paper and patent evidence.
