CI workflow: single-node Q1-Q8 smoke run + artifact upload

Task

Add GitHub Actions workflow to run single-node Q1~Q8 smoke benchmarks.

Requirements

• workflow_dispatch trigger
• quick mode defaults to reduce CI runtime
• archive results artifacts
• optional step to generate hf_data via aggregate_for_hf

Acceptance Criteria

• CI run produces artifacts for all Qs (or explicit per-Q status)
• Re-runable with custom inputs (seed/parallelism/backend)
• Workflow docs include trigger instructions

软件侧修复已提交至 #28：补充 backend、seed、parallelism 输入，固定单节点参数，归档部分运行状态，修正 HF 下载端点和 embedding 模型不一致，并在 sagellm 提前退出时立即报告日志。

但最近 nightly 的真实证据仍是失败状态，例如 run 26676162053 停在 gateway health；该 workflow 目前也因连续失败被 GitHub 禁用。因此本 Issue 尚未完成。后续执行人需要在 #28 合并后重新启用 workflow，完成 Q1–Q8 quick run，并确认 artifact 中存在逐 Q 结果或明确失败状态。
