New idleScheduler interfacing with requestIdleCallback

requestIdleCallback is a very powerful feature of modern browsers that has a mixed compatibility as of today (can i use).

What is the feeling about implementing an idleScheduler which:

• Checks if the requestIdleCallback primitive exists and schedules a task on it
• If it doesn't exist fallbacks on the asyncScheduler

Should the name be idleScheduler or backgroundScheduler ?

Note: there doesn't seem to be any other discussion on this topic, although let me know if I missed them.
