Install on EL capitan 10.11.6 2018 security update 004 compatible? #58

Not quite an issue? more a couple of questions>
is this NVME patch compatible with EL capitan OS X 10.11.6 (15G31) with 2018 security update 004 installed? I presume the 2018 security 003 plist will work ? or dos this patch need signing for specific versions of OS X?
Ive found the instructions as to how to use the patch, its a pity GITHUB cant make that more obvious?
with this patch installed presumably my older original apple flash drive will also work if swapped in, there not mutually exclusive ?
