Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is hard to get information about how to make custom overlays for new map makers / map makers inexperienced with custom overlays

Describe the solution you'd like
A page about overlays with:

• a part for setting up and creating a basic overlay
• a part for creating more advanced overlays
  I think the place for this topic would be in UDK Advanced. If the page is too long it might also get more pages / own category

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making use of the discord messages sent by ecrase-patate in the map making discord

Additional context
It might be useful to ask Gidek, Froyo or Ecrase-Patate (maybe Simple Shark also?) since they have a lot of experience (more than an average map maker) with creating overlays
