erro ao carregar o cacert na distribuiçaoDfe

Alguem poderia me ajudar com esse erro começou a apresentar na distribuiçãoDfe.
Estava funcionando corretamente e essa semana começou a aprensentar esse erro. Estou usando a versão 4.1.1

atualizei a versao do java-certificado para .16 deu certo.
