Support for in-line user and password args in now-sdk auth

I'm playing around with building a Github actions workflow and it would be nice to be able to add a deploy step.

e.g.

    - name: Build application
      run: |
        echo "Building ServiceNow application..."
        now-sdk build || exit 1
    
    - name: Pack application
      run: |
        echo "Building ServiceNow application..."
        now-sdk pack || exit 1

    - name: Setup auth to test instance
      run: |
        echo "Configuring auth.."
        now-sdk auth --add https://asdf.service-now.com --user joe.employee --password ${{ secrets.password }} --type basic --alias asdf || exit 1

    - name: Deploy application
      run: |
        echo "Deploying ServiceNow application..."
        now-sdk deploy || exit 1

You can use env variables with the deploy command, there is some documentation about it here kind of buried on the -auth flag for it
