Link to bug tracker in latest blog post on railsatscale

https://railsatscale.com/2025-12-24-launch-zjit/ links to the the Ruby issue tracker , this link results in a HTTP error 403 for me (logged in). I guess the query with this id is not publicly available.

I'm not sure if this is an issue in the blog post, or in the Ruby bug tracker. I only reported it here.
