Problem
For testing of new simulation setups, outputs are only written when the error "Maximum number of non-linear iterations reached at time " never occurs. To help the debugging of simulations this could be switched into a warning instead of an error.
Solution
Implement the option to specify in the input file to set this error to a warning for easier debugging when warning is chosen, as simulation outputs will be written then.
