Extlibs built using GCC 10.3

External libraries built using GCC 10.3. These are provided for development purposes.

The tar file contains the full bundle except for mpfr 6.2.1 and mpc 1.3.1.

Update 2023-04-20: Binaries for patch 2.7.5, libgd 2.3.2, libxml2 2.10.4 and libxslt 1.1.37 have also been uploaded separate to the tar file.
