Fixing the chaos that is Contrib Levels menu

The worldmap select in Contrib Levels is a complete mess.
My suggestion to fix this would be:

• Make the non add-on levels on the top and separate them from the rest (e.g. with a line);
• Order everything alphabetically

There is already separation of contrib level types in the Nightly builds.
