Can't access my sysreptor

Hi, Please I need your help, i started my CPTS exam 7 days go and I closed my system now i cant logon any longer, its like my account was deleted. I cant take screenshopts again everything is on sysreptor i have my project link, and i see i could sign up with my previously signed up email. there is no way i cant start taking my screenshots again please i need your help its urgent.
