sam2align missing in the zip and tar.gz files for download

Hi I have just downloaded picky at: https://github.com/TheJacksonLaboratory/Picky/releases/tag/v0.2.a

It seems, that sam2align is missing from this version. Would i be possible to create a new link (I will use git clone for now).
