Module Overloading without a decoy DLL set might as well be a game of Russian Roulette for how randomly it works and other-randomly it destroys all hope of whatever it was you were trying to not waste your life by doing. Whatever the fuck it's doing, it should not.

The problem is that it keeps picking random files until the count is reached, without checking whether each random file it picks has been considered yet. It can add the same file (via rInt) multiple times to the list of candidates, resulting in some candidates being ignored. If the file is already in the candidates, you should not add it again.
