Description
We need to make sure that the Sandia-Matlab, Sandia-Python, and UA-Python all produce the same high level results.
For example: POA irradiance using a given location, ephemeris model, AM model, and clear sky model.
The granularity of these tests will be determined by how much the APIs diverge.
