Add selection of compiler and its options

Godbolt provides an incredible opportunity to choose among the many compilers tog, as well as compiler options. It would be great to have such an opportunity in UTBot Online too, at least among basic compilers Clang and GCC of fixed versions.

Could you provide an example when output of UTBot depends on compiler?

The short answer is I don't know.

First, I was thinking about compiler-specific options which are partially presented there. Then, I realised that some of them are added incorrectly and may be used in all gcc, g++, clang, clang++. Examples of such options are ansi, -fno-asm, -fsigned-char and many others. So, the relevant issue should be created.
The remaining options might not be worth adding a selection of compilers. However, it is still worth adding selection of compiler options due to a variety of features.
