Recursive option is disabled

Hello.

When upgrading from Version 2.16.12.0 to Version 2.16.46.2, the -r option does not work and comparison is not recursively.
The upgrade only replaced the zip of winmerge, and I did not replace configuration files.
The command line has not changed.
How can I compare recursively?
I am trying to upgrade in order to read the settings in the ini file and hide the message box that appears when comparing.

In my environment, there is no file filter named Patch, so I specified -f *.* instead of -f "Patch" as shown below, but it worked without any problems. Is it possible that there is no file filter named Patch installed in your environment?

There was a filter named Patch before the upgrade, but the filter folder was not migrated after the upgrade, so it could not be referenced.
When I checked the filter named Patch, It was unnecessary, so I deleted the filter option and the comparison started to be performed recursively.
