tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite --help doesn't include --manage-lineups switch

Very strange... not sure why, I think it pulls it from the POD documentation... it has other switches, just not --manage-lineups

(This is a big issue since windows distribution doesn't include man pages)

--help uses the XMLTV lib/Options help function, which is quite limited in what it displays (perhaps it should be enhanced/extended, or removed if it cannot be enhanced). AFAIK --help does show the --info option (at least on fully functional perl implementations), where all the additional information from the =pod is displayed (including --manage-lineups), unless the Windows builds do not support pods, in which case that needs to be addressed in the builds (perl without pod support sounds fundamentally broken).
