fix: Add correct memory value in READMEs
Update README.md files to feature correct memory values. Current values are sometimes to small and result in an out-of-memory error when deploying examples on Unikraft Cloud. Memory values are correct in GitHub workflows (where available), so there is no need to update them. Signed-off-by: Razvan Deaconescu <[email protected]>
