Move from AppVeyor to GitHub Actions #126
Description
AppVeyor is not keeping up with the .NET releases.
The goal of the pipeline is to build, test and publish FluentAssertions.Web to Nuget
What we need:
- a way to version the NuGet releases; to be correlated with git tags
- Sonar integration
- GitHub releases integration
As we change the secret management, new secrets will be created (Nuget, Sonar)
