Fix CLAUDE.md: stale BuildAgentInstructionsInput ref -> build_agent_instructions kwargs

BuildAgentInstructionsInput was removed in the *Input-dataclass -> keyword-args
refactor; describe the override via the real build_agent_instructions kwargs.
