What
To look into other feedback mechanisms currently used within government services, and to understand the design rationale behind related components from other teams (e.g., Navigation team's feedback component).
Why
This research will provide a list of alternative patterns and solutions. It will help us understand why the current component may not be meeting user needs by comparing it to other implementations and gaining insight into other teams' design decisions.
