Standards-compliant config #38
Description
Many of the config options could potentially be standardized, e.g. the loading timeout as used in #34.
This bug is to track future developments in this regard after it's discussed with the working group. The ideal outcome is to agree on a standards-compliant config that we could use in this project while allowing email clients to override the defaults.
