The links to the articles (call to action) are back, but there are new issues with story playback:
Stories don’t start automatically — at least not visibly. I have to click first before I can see any content.
If I wait too long before clicking, several slides may have already played in the background. When I finally click, I might see the second or third slide instead of the first.
Stories don’t play through automatically. At the end of a story, it doesn’t continue on its own — I have to click to proceed.
Reproduction Steps
Open the article with stories.
Wait without clicking on the story.
Click to start the story after a few seconds. Observe that the story may not start from the first slide.
Navigate through the story slides. Observe that at the end of a story, it does not advance automatically.
