Description

We need documentation on how Effects build their activation tree from Forms and Modifiers. This will then be added to the docs repository for ease of developer use.

Reasons

A better docs page results in easier understanding and better use of our API for future developers.

Current situation

No real documentation on how Effects convert a list of Forms and Modifiers into a tree.

Proposed solution

Added documentation.
