Rooms sidebar takes over 3 seconds to load on full refresh

The rooms sidebar takes over 3 seconds to load when opening Campfire for the first time or doing a full refresh. Ideally it should load faster, but the room also shouldn't load progressively because it looks broken for a while with a part of the page blank. It's better if we show a loading indicator while everything is loading and switch to the room when the view is ready. Similar to how Discord works.

A bit of a hint here into speeding this a bit more, for anyone wanting to pick this up, as I did some research, is that the sidebar's DOM size is pretty big and can be reduced. Especially around the starred rooms list since it has the most children elements out of all in the rooms#show view:

DOM depth is 22. Optimal depth should be less than 12-14.

When I got a bit down the rabbit hole I noticed that for each starred room we were loading some nested children that could be easily moved in a turbo frame and load only on click. I no longer have all the logs, but at least maybe this hints in the right direction and see if this would help reduce the sidebar load time in half.
