[camel-quarkus-qute] Allow dynamic templates to set the content-type not linked to template file extensions

Coming from #camel-quarkus > Camel Quarkus qute set content-type for dynamic templates

Mainly with dynamic template coming from "QuteConstants.QUTE_TEMPLATE" add the possibility to set the content-type, may be managed with new Message Header (producer) allowing to overwrite possible content-type coming from file template extension.

The 3.30.0 release will add QuteConstants.QUTE_TEMPLATE_CONTENT_TYPE where you can specify your custom content type for the template provided in QuteConstants.QUTE_TEMPLATE.
