Add a starter template for AppExpress.

As AppExpress was highlighted by Appwrite here team a while ago, I think it will be good to add it as a Starter Template with basic routes and middleware examples for folks who have used Express.js. Advanced template could include a bunch of routes, view engine, middleware, etc.
