Conda channel "pytorch" has been deprecated

The environment.yml file gets pytorch from this channel;

Lines 34 to 35 in ce0029e

	- pytorch::pytorch=2.5
	- pytorch::pytorch-cuda=12.4

Pytorch will remain available on the conda-forge channel however. For example; https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pytorch-gpu

The old pytorch will continue to work, however users will be exposed to security vulnerabilities such as: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2025-32434

What would be the new environment.yml? I tried with various combinations and lead to the same result: either ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch' or some pip dependency does not exist.

 - conda-forge::pytorch(-cpu)=2.5.1
 - pytorch::pytorch-cuda=12.4
