I used the "Send To Kindle" button to have Readability.com send the book to my kindle yesterday (5-9-2012). After following the instructions, I was able to download the ebook to my Kindle Touch and read it. However, any words formatted as Courier New font type would not appear in the kindle page, but instead be replaced with a space.
So the following sentence from page 43 in the pdf reads as follows:
Exercise 7
Write a function called absolute, which returns the absolute value of
the number it is given as its argument.
On my Kindle, the word "absolute" is missing. So on my kindle it reads:
Exercise 7
Write a function called , which returns the absolute value of
the number it is given as its argument.
