Tabs scroll to top on every change

Hello, I have a Tab panel on one of my resource pages. It works fine, except every time I change tabs the page scrolls back to the top. This is an issue because the tab panel is below the fold. So every time I change tabs I get a big screen jump and then have to scroll back down.

Is it something I am doing, or perhaps a bug?

Hi @rynonl, I've tried to reproduce this behavior here without success. On https://main.avodemo.com/avo/resources/users/avo-cado the tabs are behaving as expected, without scrolling top while changing them.
