Not able to open few options after the update

What's wrong?

after update there was no command xdg-terminal-exec. I installed in manually then I am getting this error

$ omarchy-launch-wifi
error: unexpected argument '-e' found

I think there is some issue with xdg-terminal-exec command version but need assistance as this happened just after the update

I believe this is caused by a permissions error

As you can see, running the command as specified in bindings.conf throws an os error 13.

Running the same command without the --working-directory parameter works

In my case omarchy update failed leaving the system is an inbetween state, omarchy repo was up to date, but neither migrations nor pkg updates were performed. Running omarchy-migrate from the command line fixed the missing xdg-terminal-exec command, and then running omarchy update again via the menu completed the rest.

The update originally failed due to a dep issue as I've replaced the default and (for me) horribly broken xfreerdp3 with the sdl3 version.

can you tell me which version of xdg-teminal-exec do you have? I did all you mentioned but still not working. I think issue is because I installed xdg-terminal-exec externally
