Windows support required for FastDDS

It seems that FastDDS wont't work with MSVC on Windows. I got link error regarding FastCDR. How to build an application with FastDDS. I also tried on Linux (openSuse) and got unused parameter error. Is there any working example?

I successfully created a working example on Ubuntu 24.04 WSL, where everything functions properly. However, I have not been able to achieve success on native Windows/MSVC so far.
