is there any plan to implement the RFC 9973 in Bouncy Castle?
This RFC has become a proposed standard, so I assume there is a greater interest to implement it now.
Currently there is no option to use certificate-based handshake with an extern PSK for TLS v1.3, so it would be a huge benefit to use this feature.
