Banner: Switch to Mobile (Desktop > Dashboard)

This task defines the banner present on the main dashboard page allowing users to switch to the mobile version if they so choose. 

Update to Current Button + Copy 

Currently when accessed on mobile, the banner reads "Mobile is not currently supported", followed by a button to "Get notified about mobile" and a button with an x which closes the banner.

The copy on the banner should be changed to "Mobile is not supported on this view: try the new mobile-compatible view."

And the button should read "Mobile View."

When clicked, this should take the user to the new mobile-compatible interface.

Acceptance criteria: 

Given that I'm a user who has chosen to view the Mathshare site on mobile, when I access the main dashboard page (the page showing all my sets), I encounter a message to the mobile view, along with the option to switch to the mobile view. When I click the mobile view button, I am brought to the new Mathshare version, and this choice is remembered the next time I access Mathshare on mobile.

Adding a note: the scope of this task has been reduced, we will be storing the preference in localstorage only
So, if a user who has set preference tries using the same browser without clearing the localstorage, his preference will be used to show the correct app version.

Tested

• When the user goes to the old view on mobile , the new banner with the switch to the mobile button is displayed,
• After click the button users goes to the new version and also have an option to move back to the old view.

I think that the new banner should not be displayed when we are on desktop view, because the banner informs us that we are on a mobile view which is false.

Tested
Text is updated, button “Switch to New Interface” has also the alt text. After click we are going to the new view.
